Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use this website or contact our agents. Last updated August 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By visiting this website, submitting a request, or calling one of our lines, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted here is the version that applies to your use.

No legal advice and no attorney-client relationship

Everything on this site is general information about California bail. It is not legal advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship. Bail amounts, holds, and release conditions turn on the specific facts of a case and on the decisions of the court. Speak with a licensed attorney about your case and with a licensed bail agent about a bond.

Licensing and regulated services

Future Bail Bonds is a bail bond business licensed by the California Department of Insurance (license 1K15058). Bail premium rates are filed with the Department of Insurance by the surety and are not negotiable outside those filings. Any rate, discount, or payment plan described on this site applies only when the case, the defendant, and the cosigner qualify under the applicable filed rate schedule and underwriting guidelines. Nothing on this site is an offer, approval, or guarantee that a bond will be written or that a defendant will be released.

No guarantee of results

Release times depend on the jail, the court, holds on the case, and factors outside our control. Examples, timelines, and dollar figures on this site are illustrations only and are not promises about your case or your outcome.

Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy content for a competing service, to submit false information, or to submit another person's information without their permission. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Calls, texts, and recording

When you call us or give us a phone number, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your inquiry or bond, including by text message where you have consented to texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training; California is a two-party consent state, so you will be notified when a call is recorded and you may ask us not to record.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, graphics, and logos on this site are owned by Future Bail Bonds or used with permission. FUTURE BAIL BONDS® and related logos are federally registered trademarks. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, republication, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site links to courts, jails, review platforms, and other third parties for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by California law. To the extent permitted by law, Future Bail Bonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any right you have under a signed bail bond agreement or any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Bond agreements control

If anything on this site conflicts with a signed bail bond application, indemnity agreement, or payment agreement, the signed documents control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes relating to your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise, including any arbitration provision in that agreement. If you are a California consumer, nothing here waives rights you cannot waive under California law.
